Photography during a pandemic
Apr. 15th, 2020 09:52 pmHow are you approaching this? Are you shooting or not? Are you doing things to stay in practice while inside? Taking up indoor photography? Joining the macro trend?
I've put my thoughts and approach here. What are your thoughts?

I go out once a week to a local city farm to buy fruit and veg. I go on foot and do a pretty scenic route but I don't feel comfortable taking my camera with me. I must say I'm in Italy, one of the worst-hit countries and with the strictest lockdown conditions in the world, and I feel like 'wasting time' with photography during my only 'essential outing' would be disrespectful if not even illegal. Does that make sense?

I am just south of the first known break out area in the US and one of the worst. Yet, we've kept numbers down so much we were able to send medical equipment to hard hit NYC. I am not going to trample all over that just to get some pictures.
